Eisav and Ya’akov
I know Toldot will not follow Thanksgiving every year, but for this year, it works!
Torah Thoughts
The story of Eisav and Ya’akov still plays out today. Brothers, with shared history, but different characters. Eventually their rivalry meant they could no longer live together. But they came together when it mattered, and made peace. Maybe we can, too.
There is so much we can learn from this story. As parents, I feel the most important thing we can learn is making sure our children are not rivals, but each others’ support. The greatest naches I have is when my children enjoy spending time together.
