Ingredients as shown:
- 2 or more apples, different colors (can be shared between at least twice the number of children as apples)
- 3 grapes
Tools:
- Knife for cutting apples
- Toothpicks
Instructions:
- Cut sides off of apples (meaning sort of in half, but don’t include the core). Cut each side crosswise into slices, as shown.
2. Mix and match the apple slices, as shown, to create stripes. Add a toothpick “neck.”
3. Add toothpick arms and legs….
… a head and feet.
If I made it today, I would have added black sesame seed eyes. But given my nostalgia for this first Parsha Nosh, I will use the old photo. ENJOY!
