Deuteronomy / Devarim 34:1 (translation largely copied from JPS) And Moshe went up from the steppes of Moav to Mount Nevo, to the summit of Pisgah, opposite Jericho, and G-d showed him the whole land: Gilad as far as Dan; וַיַּעַל מֹשֶׁה מֵעַרְבֹת מוֹאָב אֶל־הַר נְבוֹ רֹאשׁ הַפִּסְגָּה אֲשֶׁר עַל־פְּנֵי יְרֵחוֹ וַיַּרְאֵהוּ ה אֶת־כׇּל־הָאָרֶץ אֶת־הַגִּלְעָד
