Ingredients as Shown:
- Powdered sugar
- 12 bear-shaped crackers
- 1 graham cracker sheet
- 7 large marshmallows
Tools:
- Small bowl
- Spoon
- Wax paper or parchment paper for work surface (optional)
Instructions:
- Spoon powdered sugar into bowl. Add 1 spoonful of water, mix thoroughly. After that, add a few drops of water at a time, mixing thoroughly, until you form a thick but spreadable paste (yes, these are photos from different times). Caution: it is easy to add too much water.
2. Set the 12 bear-shaped crackers on your work surface. Paint one with a skirt only, Egyptian style. This is Joseph. Paint the others with full clothes. These are the brothers. Set aside to dry.
3. Take the graham cracker sheet, put it on work surface upside down. Dipping scissors in powdered sugar, cut one large marshmallow in half crosswise, then cut the half into quarters. Attach to corners of the graham cracker so that the flat side is on top, by pressing the opposite sticky side onto the graham cracker. Flip over and place the “table” where you wish.
4. Taking one whole large marshmallow at a time, cut diagonally to form a chair. Set where you want it near the table, flat side down and sticky side towards the “table,” add Joseph.
5. Repeat with remaining brothers.
