Animal (Cracker) Sacrifice (SS)

Leviticus 1:1	And G-d called to Moses, and spoke to him from the Tent of Meeting, and said:	וַיִּקְרָא אֶל־מֹשֶׁה וַיְדַבֵּר יְהֹוָה אֵלָיו מֵאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד לֵאמֹר׃
1:2	Speak to the Children of Israel and tell them:  If one of you make a sacrificial offering of cattle or sheep, you shall bring your offering…	דַּבֵּר אֶל־בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְאָמַרְתָּ אֲלֵהֶם אָדָם כִּי־יַקְרִיב מִכֶּם קׇרְבָּן לַיהֹוָה מִן־הַבְּהֵמָה מִן־הַבָּקָר וּמִן־הַצֹּאן תַּקְרִיבוּ אֶת־קׇרְבַּנְכֶם׃
1:3	Burnt offerings of these type shall be males without blemish.  They shall offered at the entrance of the Tent of Meeting, and offered to G-d.	אִם־עֹלָה קׇרְבָּנוֹ מִן־הַבָּקָר זָכָר תָּמִים יַקְרִיבֶנּוּ אֶל־פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד יַקְרִיב אֹתוֹ לִרְצֹנוֹ לִפְנֵי יְהֹוָה׃
1:4	[The Kohen] shall place his hand on the head of the animal to be sacrificed, that it may be acceptable for [the offeror’s] atonement.	וְסָמַךְ יָדוֹ עַל רֹאשׁ הָעֹלָה וְנִרְצָה לוֹ לְכַפֵּר עָלָיו׃

Ingredients:

• 1 Graham Cracker Sheet
• 1 large Marshmallow
• 1 Animal Cracker
• 1 Sheet of Fruit Leather (can be split between two snacks

Tools:

• Scissors

Instructions:

1. Cut one flat edge off of the marshmallow to expose stick side.

2. Snap graham cracker sheet in two. Place one on exposed side of marshmallow so that marshmallow is in the center of graham cracker and can sit on top of marshmallow.

3. Cut fruit leather in half.

4. Fold to form a round cup. Press the center down against a hard surface to make center lie flat.

5. Place fruit leather bowl as “fire” on graham cracker “alter,” add other graham cracker as a “ramp,” and put animal cracker in the center of the “fire.”
