Cut a marshmallow as shown:
Put the small piece on your working surface cut side up.
Dipping your scissors in powdered sugar between each poke, poke four holes in the cut side of the large marshmallow to attach legs, and one in the front of the smaller side for the neck.
Snap pretzels to form legs and a neck, poke in the holes.
Poke two small holes in the top of the “head” and a another hole in the back of the “head” for the “neck,” and attach.
Snip ears onto the head as shown:
Place a sunflower seed at the bottom of the sticky end to form a “beard”, and two more in the top holes to form “horns.”
Dampen the front and attach sesame seed eyes (I used Fennel as I cannot find my sunflower seeds; still with the chometz!).
