Leviticus / Vayikra 23:23 | And G-d said to Moses: |
23:24 | Speak to the children if Israel, saying: on the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you will have a sabbath of remembrance, whose holiness is commemorated with loud blasts.
23:25 | You shall do no work, and you shall make a burnt offering to G-d. |
Ingredients as Shown:
- 1 ice cream cone
- Powdered Sugar
- Sprinkles or other decorations

Tools:
- Bowl to mix powdered sugar
- Parchment paper on which to work (optional)
- Spoon, knife, or clean paintbrush for mixing and painting
Instructions:
- Spread out parchment paper if using (recommended) as yoru work surface.
- Put powdered sugar in a bowl. Add a small amount of water, a few drops at a time, to make a batter consistency.
- If decorating the rim, begin with that part. Dip the rim of the ice cream cone in the sugar glue. Allow excess to drip back in the bowl. If you have a bowl of sprinkles, gently dip into the bowl. If not, sprinkle all over, preferably over a larger bowl to catch excess.

4. Paint the sugar glue where you wish to add more sprinkles; add sprinkles to adhere (my sugar glue was thin, so I dripped it over the cone, and topped with sprinkles).
